Grow Package

Monthly management · payable in advance
A minimum three-month engagement applies. The monthly fee covers the coordinated campaign, content, website updates, maintenance, review support, enquiry tracking, reporting and your monthly strategy call.
Onboarding — Launch Customers
When the website, Google Business Profile and WhatsApp setup were completed through the store2story Launch package. For selected clients, the onboarding fee may be waived when three months are paid in advance.
Onboarding — Other Businesses
Depends on existing website condition, technology, account access, analytics, conversion improvements, WhatsApp setup, content foundation and remediation work. Major corrections or repairs are quoted separately.
Payment Terms
- Onboarding payment is due before onboarding begins
- Monthly fees are payable in advance
- Minimum engagement of three months
- Third-party charges are paid separately
- Additional work requires written approval
- Services may be paused when payments, assets or approvals are delayed
The Grow fee does not include applicable taxes, advertising spend, payment-provider fees, premium software, paid plugins, hosting upgrades, messaging-platform charges, WhatsApp API fees, stock images, photography, video-production costs, influencer fees or other third-party charges. Third-party services should normally be purchased through client-owned accounts. The exact cancellation, renewal and notice terms will be included in the service agreement.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the ₹15,000 fee only for social-media posts?
No. Grow combines campaign planning, website updates, website maintenance, social-media content, Google Business Profile activity, WhatsApp campaign support, review support, enquiry tracking, performance reporting and monthly strategy. It is a digital-presence management package, not only a social-media package.
How many social-media posts are included?
The package includes four original feed posts and four adapted story graphics per month. The approved core content may be adapted and published across Instagram and Facebook.
Do you guarantee sales or enquiries?
No. Grow improves and maintains your digital channels, but results also depend on product demand, pricing, competition, location, customer service, stock availability, offer quality, sales follow-up, fulfilment and market conditions. No specific sales, enquiry or financial result can be guaranteed.
Can I cancel at any time?
Grow requires a minimum three-month engagement. Cancellation and notice terms after the minimum period are defined in the service agreement.
Who owns the website and business accounts?
You retain ownership of your website, domain, hosting account, Google Business Profile, social-media accounts, WhatsApp Business account, payment accounts and analytics accounts. Store2story receives only the access required to provide the agreed services.
