1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the store2story website (store2story.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our services
Store2Story provides digital enablement and growth services for local businesses in India, including but not limited to:
- Website design, development, and hosting.
- Custom domain registration and SSL certificate provisioning.
- Google Business Profile setup and management.
- WhatsApp Business setup, automation, and catalog management.
- Social media profile setup and content creation.
- Payment gateway integration (UPI, Razorpay, etc.).
- Marketplace seller account setup and management (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho).
- SEO, review management, and marketing support.
The specific scope of services for your engagement is defined by the package you select (Launch, Grow, or Expand) or a custom agreement.
3. Packages and pricing
Our standard packages and their pricing are listed on our website. By engaging a package, you agree to:
- Launch (₹10,000 one-time): A one-time fee with no monthly retainer. Includes the deliverables listed on the packages page.
- Grow (₹15,000 setup + ₹15,000/month): A setup fee plus a recurring monthly retainer for ongoing services.
- Expand (Custom quote): Pricing based on your specific catalog and marketplace requirements, agreed upon before work begins.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update pricing for new engagements, but your agreed price will not change during an active engagement without prior notice.
4. Payment terms
- One-time fees (Launch, Grow setup) are due in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Monthly retainers (Grow) are billed at the start of each month and due within 7 days of invoicing.
- Custom quotes (Expand) follow the payment schedule outlined in your custom agreement.
Payment may be made via UPI, bank transfer, or any method agreed upon at the time of engagement.
5. Deliverables and timelines
We will provide estimated timelines for deliverables at the start of each engagement. While we make every effort to meet estimated deadlines, timelines may vary based on:
- The complexity of your requirements.
- Your responsiveness in providing required content, approvals, and access credentials.
- Third-party platform availability (e.g., Google verification timelines, marketplace approval processes).
6. Client responsibilities
To enable us to deliver effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete business information as requested.
- Respond to requests for content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.
- Provide necessary access credentials for platforms we need to manage on your behalf.
- Ensure that all content you provide (images, text, product information) does not infringe on any third-party rights.
7. Intellectual property
- Your content: You retain ownership of all business content, product images, and branding materials you provide to us.
- Our work: Upon full payment, you receive ownership of all custom work created specifically for your engagement (website design, custom graphics, etc.).
- Our tools and templates: We retain ownership of our underlying tools, templates, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivering services.
8. Third-party services
Our services may involve setting up or managing your accounts on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Razorpay, etc.). These platforms have their own terms and policies.
- We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates by third-party platforms.
- Any fees charged by third-party services (domain registration, payment gateway commissions, marketplace fees) are separate from our service fees and are your responsibility.
9. Cancellation and refunds
- Before work begins: You may cancel and receive a full refund if no work has commenced on your project.
- After work has begun: Refunds are prorated based on the work completed. We will provide an honest accounting of work done.
- Monthly retainers: Either party may terminate a monthly retainer with 15 days' written notice. No refund is issued for the current billing period.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, store2story shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
- Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from third-party platform changes or outages.
- Content provided by you that infringes third-party rights.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to store2story in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, pricing, customer data, and access credentials. This obligation survives the termination of our engagement.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
